MOSQUITO LARVICIDE “ACTILARV” 100 TABLETS
The active ingredient in the mosquito larvicide “Actilarv” is an insect growth inhibitor: this means that it prevents larvae from turning into adults and, in doing so, contributes to the reduction of the population of nuisance insects.
“Actilarv” is an effective larvicide formulated in convenient 2g pre-dosed tablets designed to control mosquito larvae and other aquatic insects.
This larvicide is ideal for pest control in areas with standing water and wet areas. Due to their easy handling and precise dosing, they are a practical and safe solution for professionals (and individuals) in pest control and prevention.
Distribute 2-g tablets in stagnant water such as manholes, fountains, saucers, roofing, septic tanks, manholes, manhole covers, gutters, and generally where rain or irrigation water accumulates.
Use according to the doses recommended on the label, from March to October, repeating the treatment every 2-4 weeks.
Depending on the organic load of the waters, the recommended doses are:
- For clear water: 1 2g tablet per 1000/2,000 Liters – Half 2g tablet per 500/750 Liters
- For water with high organic matter load: 1 2g tablet per 500/1000 Liters – Half tablet per 250/500 Liters
- For confined environments with high organic load, such as manholes: 1 2g tablet per 40Liters – Half tablet per 20Liters
It is recommended that possible places where larvae may be present be treated regularly from March to October.
